We clean the filters, coils, grille and face cover, check airflow, clear debris from the outdoor unit, and clean down both units so air moves freely and the system isn't working harder than it needs to.
Electrical & Controls
We inspect all electrical components, test the thermostat, check the controller, oil the fan motor, and confirm the condensation drains are clear, the parts that quietly cause breakdowns when neglected.
Safety & Condition

How often should my air conditioner or heater be serviced?
