OUR STORY
We didn’t start out fixing homes. We started out earning the trust of the companies that couldn’t afford to get it wrong.
QuickAir began as an enterprise operation, not a consumer brand. We were formed to provide in-field technical support for one of Australia’s largest telcos, a job that meant deploying qualified technicians anywhere in the country, at scale, without dropping the ball.
Word got around. Two of Australia’s largest insurance groups came on board, relying on us to assess and report on air conditioning and heating claims. These are clients who don’t forgive a missed appointment or a sloppy job. To deliver for them, we built something most trade businesses never do: a national network of licensed technicians, run from a dedicated operating centre, with every job tracked, managed, and guaranteed.
Then the obvious question landed. If we’re good enough for Australia’s biggest telcos and insurers, why not offer this directly to Australian homeowners? So we did.
That enterprise background isn’t just a nice story, it’s the reason we work the way we do. The standards, the systems, the compliance, the national reach: all of it was built to satisfy corporate clients with exacting requirements.
