Can I just unbolt my air conditioner and move it myself?
No, and it is not only about the lifting. Before an air conditioner can come off the wall or out of the roof, the refrigerant has to be recovered by someone who holds the Australian Refrigeration Council licence, because venting it is both dangerous and illegal. The electrical side has to be disconnected by a licensed technician, and any gas equipment has to be shut down and made safe. Our technicians are licensed for all of it, so your system is disconnected properly, moved without damage, and reconnected safely at the other end.

Can you remove and decommission a system I no longer want?
Yes. If you are replacing an old system or clearing out equipment you no longer use, we safely disconnect the electrical and gas, recover the refrigerant, and remove the unit, leaving the space clean and safe. It is a common part of a renovation or a new install, and it is done to the same licensed standard as everything else we do.
