National Ducted Reverse Cycle Specialists | ARCtick Certified, Fully Insured

A ducted reverse cycle system runs your whole home from one unit, so when something is off, whether it’s uneven temperatures between rooms, weak airflow from the vents, or a system that won’t switch between heating and cooling, it’s worth having someone who knows these systems inside out. QuickAir services, repairs, and installs ducted reverse cycle systems of every major brand, and our technicians work on them every day of the week.

QuickAir didn’t start in someone’s garage. We were built to handle the heating and cooling work for one of Australia’s largest telcos and two of its biggest insurance groups, arriving on time and getting it right the first time, across hundreds of jobs a week. Today we’re one of the only truly national air conditioning and heating providers in Australia, with licensed technicians in every capital city ready to work on any ducted reverse cycle system. Same enterprise-grade standards. Now in your living room.

What We Do for Ducted Reverse Cycle Systems

Whatever your ducted system needs, one team handles it, at a fixed price you know before we arrive. Here's the work we take on.

Refrigerant & Pressures

We check and test your refrigerant levels and running pressures, so the system has what it needs to heat and cool properly across the whole home.

Airflow &
Filters

We clean the filters and coils and check airflow through the system and out of the vents, so every room gets the air it should and the unit isn't working harder than it needs to.

Controls &
Drains

We test the thermostat and controller, oil the fan motor, and check the condensation drains, the parts that quietly cause problems when they're left unchecked.

Full System Check

We inspect the electrical components, check the compressor amp draw, clear debris from the outdoor unit, and go over the general condition of both the indoor and outdoor units before we leave.

Full Service Checklist:

The checklist varies depending on your system, brand and model. Not every step applies to every unit.

We Work on Every System Used in Australian Homes

No matter what’s keeping your home warm or cool, our technicians are trained to service, repair, and install it. If it’s a heating or cooling unit, we know it inside out.

It’s a single system that both heats and cools your whole home. The main unit usually sits in the roof, and air is delivered to each room through ducts and discreet ceiling or floor vents. “Reverse cycle” simply means it works both ways, cooling in summer and heating in winter, so you don’t need a separate heater. It’s the most seamless way to keep consistent temperatures across multiple rooms and levels.

We recommend a service every year, and at minimum every two years. Because a ducted system runs your entire home, regular servicing makes a real difference to how efficiently it runs, how long it lasts, and how reliably it performs when you need it. The best time to book is just before the season turns, so it’s ready before the first hot or cold snap.

In most cases, yes. We can get a licensed technician to you the same day or first thing the next morning. They’ll diagnose the fault on-site, explain what’s wrong and what it will take to fix, and because our technicians carry major spare parts, they can often resolve it in the same visit. Nothing beyond the booked service happens without your approval first.

We’ll always tell you honestly. If the cost to repair is close to or exceeds the cost of a new system, the technician will say so and can provide a quote for a replacement, with no pressure either way. If an aftermarket part can be sourced to save you money, we’ll look into it. And if you do decide to replace, the initial booking fee is credited toward the new installation.

A ducted reverse cycle service is a fixed $259 for new customers, or $249 if you’ve booked with us before. If you’re after a new or replacement system, an on-site installation quote is $149, and that fee is credited back if you go ahead with the install. Every price is fixed and known upfront, with no call-out fees and no surprises. Interest-free finance is available on new installs.
